JOSEPH B. NEWELL III COMMUNITY OUTREACH is a nonprofit organization dedicated to making a positive impact in our local communities. JB3Cares' mission is to assist individuals ages 18-30 in Washington, D.C., as they complete their high school education. JBCares will have wrap around services for those who choose to pursue higher education . We will have services to help address various issues and health related challenges. Through our educating efforts and mission-driven initiatives, we strive to provide essential resources, support, and opportunities to those in need.
